Returns: Upon receiving your product, returns are not accepted unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 Hours of delivery. We will promptly arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, with no additional charges.

Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, inform us within 48 Hours of delivery. Provide detailed photographs of the damage, and we will expedite the replacement process.

Exchanges: Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery. Initiate an exchange by contacting us promptly. We will arrange for a replacement item based on your preference.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, if you receive an incorrect item or encounter any issues, please notify us within 24 days of delivery to initiate the exchange process. We will happily exchange or replace the damaged product.

Responsibility for Product Fit: Customers must ensure products fit their space. Charges for return transportation or delivery back to the store are the customer's responsibility.
