1. Special Order Placement: When you place a Special Order with Earthly Comfort Home, please be aware that these orders are crafted specifically for you and, as such, are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed within the initial 72 hours.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable: Special Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. We cannot accept returns on these customized items because they are made specifically for you, in accordance with your unique preferences.

3. Inspection and Acceptance: Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the Special Order items before acceptance. Please ensure that the merchandise fits into the desired location within your home. Earthly Comfort Home is not liable for items that do not fit into the intended space.

4. Defective Merchandise: In the rare event that your Special Order item is defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will promptly assess the situation and, if necessary, arrange for repairs or replacements, ensuring your complete satisfaction.

5. Delivery Arrangements: It is essential that you make appropriate arrangements to accommodate the delivery of your Special Order. Measure doorways, hallways, and stairwells to ensure the merchandise can be safely delivered to the intended room. Any additional delivery charges incurred due to obstacles or inaccessible spaces will be your responsibility.

6. Age Requirement: If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, kindly designate a person at least 18 years old to inspect the merchandise and accept it on your behalf. This individual must have the necessary authority to sign for the delivery.

Custom Order and Custom Designs Payment Policy

1. Payment Options:

We offer three convenient payment options for your custom orders:

a) Payment in Full: Clients have the option to pay for their custom orders in full. In this case, Earthly Comfort Home reserves the right to retain funds equivalent to the cost of materials and labor incurred until the point of reimbursement request. While we may reserve the right to assess cancellations if necessary, our commitment is to collaborate closely with you to reach the most favorable resolution possible in such instances.

b) 50% Down, 50% at Time of Shipment: Clients can choose to pay 50% of the total order amount upfront, with the remaining 50% due at the time of shipment. If, at the point of shipment, a client decides to change their order, Earthly Comfort Home retains the right to retain the initial deposit. We understand that design preferences can evolve, and we will make every effort to accommodate adjustments to the design before shipment to meet your satisfaction.

c) Financing through Affirm: For added convenience, we offer financing through Affirm. Please note that payment matters related to Affirm are solely managed between you and Affirm directly. Should any issues arise with Affirm payments, it is your responsibility to resolve them with Affirm. Nevertheless, our team is always available to assist in any way we can, underscoring our commitment to your overall satisfaction.

2. Customer Protection:

In cases where a customer does not receive their product due to an error on Earthly Comfort Home's part, rest assured that you are eligible for a full refund of any funds expended for the purchase.

3. Lost in Shipment:

While Earthly Comfort Home takes utmost care in packaging and shipping, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to items getting lost in transit. In such situations, we want you to know that while we are not directly responsible for lost shipments, we are dedicated to rectifying the situation to your utmost satisfaction.
